- You are at least 18 and legally able to perform delivery services in France.
- Your bicycle, scooter, motorcycle or car is roadworthy and compliant for the work you perform.
- You hold every licence, registration, insurance and work authorisation required for your situation.
- You have a compatible phone, mobile data, location access and essential notifications enabled.
- You can carry orders safely in suitable, clean transport equipment.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU RIDE.
01Do I work for a restaurant?+
No. Digidoy riders are not owned or employed by an RMS restaurant merely because a delivery starts there. Restaurants and stores are external delivery sources.
02Can I choose when to go online?+
Approved riders can indicate availability in the app. Active deliveries must be completed or explicitly handed off before a shift can end safely.
03Does going online guarantee deliveries?+
No. Offers depend on live demand, location, eligibility, current workload, capacity and operational requirements.
04What vehicles are supported?+
The application supports bicycle, scooter, motorcycle and car profiles, subject to the documents and legal requirements that apply.
05How do payouts work?+
Eligible earnings become available for transfer through a connected Stripe account. Cash awaiting reconciliation or account issues can delay transfer readiness.
