Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18, legally able to perform delivery services in France and hold every licence, authorisation, insurance and vehicle document required for your activity. Approval is subject to verification and is not guaranteed.
Availability and dispatch
Going online signals availability and enables operational location use. It does not guarantee offers, minimum activity or earnings. Dispatch may consider distance, capacity, workload and delivery requirements.
Completing deliveries
Review each offer, protect the order, follow the in-app status sequence honestly, use delivery proof only at handover and report delay, accident, unsafe access, damage or customer unavailability promptly.
Safety and conduct
Road safety takes priority over speed. Obey traffic and food-transport rules, stop safely before using the app, and treat customers, source staff, riders and Digidoy personnel respectfully.
Cash and earnings
Safeguard collected cash and reconcile it through the approved process. Earnings and transfer readiness follow the disclosed calculation, review and connected-account rules. Raise discrepancies promptly.
Customer confidentiality
Names, phone numbers, addresses, access instructions, PINs and order details may be used only for the assigned delivery and must not be copied or retained for unrelated purposes.
Restriction and review
Digidoy may temporarily restrict an account for safety, fraud, cash, document or security reasons. Where lawful, the main reason and a meaningful opportunity to respond or appeal will be provided.
